Rhetorical Analysis | British Literature
What has always been an interest of mine and a focus is the field of Composition and Rhetoric. I find the field of composition and Rhetoric fascinating because of how people use words and language to manipulate and convey meaning to themselves and also to others they are communicating with.It is an interest of mine because individuals are aware of the words they use. They are cognitively aware of the words they choose, their tone and how they arrive to such conclusions of their word choice and order. In this project I conducted a Rhetorical Analysis of the speech of characters within a Shakespearean play. I wanted to peel back the layers of their rhetoric layer by layer to get to the root of the characters rhetorical process.

Allowing students to embrace the use of their primary discourse in their writing and the classroom. These assignments allow students to discover their voice in their writing.
